Your concept is really cute and I thought it was super fun! I do think a little scenery so you can tell your taco truck is moving would be super helpful, and making some of the inclines less steep would help too :)
When I saw the title was "food truck" I thought we were be a food server, not the actual truck itself, haha! I really like being the truck though. The platform style reminds me a lot of Line Rider, if you have ever seen that game. If this is worked on more I'd like to see something more than just navigating the platforms. Maybe the truck tipped over and lost all its tacos and now we have to go collect them? Maybe we have to hurry and deliver tacos to people? Also I think any kind of simple scenery in the background would be really helpful for navigation. With the solid color right now, it is hard to tell when you are actually moving through the level if there are no platforms on screen. I got stuck on something once and it took a bit for me to realize my truck wasn't actually falling.
I like the taco truck and the background color. The trunk flips over is so funny! The mechanics work well. I think it will be more fun if you can add components to collect tacos. I have some time to figure out how to let the trunk climb the slope. Overall, I like the theme and it is fun to play.
The camera is very close to the player and the bright red background is hard to look at for long periods of time but I do enjoy the comical mechanics of the truck itself. I was driving it upside down at some point and I thought it was super funny! I can imagine the back doors opening and having the taco ingredients flying out the back and even a person or two flying out when the truck flips over! I think just adjusting the camera distance and desaturating the background will work very well
Fun to play around with the mechanics and figure out how to get the truck to move up steep hills. Some of the spots it feels the camera is too close so I don't know where I will end up, which gave me some difficulty navigating. I do like having the truck flip over and have different physics for movement, adds an interesting challenge.
super fun! I had some difficulty navigating; are there sections where the background is the same color as the placed ground? I was able to win, but it was by complete accident. I do love how the truck rolls around in circles.

The truck rotating is so stupid but it makes me laugh every time. Your taco truck is super cute too!
